Monday's workout.

REMEMBER TO BRING A MAT

I would like to do a 'longer' interval length workout on Monday. The total time will still be 90min, but it may not be as 'super fun' as all our previous workouts.

I am looking for EITHER of the following:

1.) Someone to create a totally wicked playlist that will captivate our attention during some long intervals

OR

2.) Someone to bring a big TV and I'll set it up so we can watch that wicked Eddy Mercx video really loud!

    Is the mat to protect from sweat or to protect the new floor from scratches. Just need to know if a foam yoga mat will do or if i need something bigger.

  3. We have purchased a number of plastic mats to protect the new floor (thanks to Steve). If you do not have a mat you can borrow one from the store.
