MRC SPRINT TRI

A couple of us represented Speed Theory today at the Mount Royal College Sprint Tri. Congrats Rob on an awesome race.

    i knew i forgot something!

    not even kidding though, i slowed down my swim because there was a girl in a bikini beside me...and i was only breathing to that side...stellar
