I think that is the 2006 Crankmasters TT and Trev is in blue just about to catch some fat guy. Or it could be the 19km prologue out and back across the bridge in Brittany 2005? TdF

Well.... it's Lance passing Jan in a TT. My guess is 2003? No idea on the exact stage or distance...
