One of his charges is 'mayhem'. Man, that sounds like a charge 'The Joker' in Batman would get. I have never heard of it in the real world. But I am glad he got charged with it.

And the guy was a former emergency room physician no less. Sadly you would have to murder at least 5 people to get a 5 year prison sentence in Canada, and if you think I'm joking remember that Tschetter got 5.5 years for killing 5 people with a cement truck. And he's appealing the sentence.
