We are currently awaiting Rob and Sandra's accounts of 'Dark Knight' Cross that took place Sat. night. As for me, I managed not to get lapped by the skin of my teeth, but finished the event on the current lap, which I am pretty pumped about.

Wow do I look beautiful when I race.
Thanks for the photos. After breaking my leg and ripping my ankle apart in March. I'm happy the surgeon took me seriously when I said I had to race in September !! I'm also extremely happy I managed to stay ahead of my 15 1/2 year old daughter!!! She had caught up about 10 seconds at 2 laps but her old man put it to her over the remainder. Think I took her by at least 15 seconds. Can't wait for Provincials and Nationals where I don't have to race against 12 to 14 year olds. They're worse than the 49 year olds!!
