I will not be making it out to race this weekend ... I am still fighting my cold ... even after a solid 15 hours of sleep for each of the last three days.

H&R was practicing the sprint finish to Wheedon Hall this morning :D
Wow, if they have any legs left after this hill fest to do a sprint finish, they deserve to win.
The course is awesome if you have not ridden it. I drove it this morning (yes, drove). Some steep Mo-Fo hills on the north end and lots-o-hills in between. I'm not at the top of my game but this is going to be an awesome event.
Back from vacation and I'll be there.
